Plum and Almond Muffins — Posted on Tue, 12 Aug 2008 —It’s such a treat when the soft summer fruits come into season and can be enjoyed in all kinds of delicious baking. My daughter and I did some experimenting with plums this week and we enjoyed this combination of plum and almond with a hint of lemon.
